A Copier That Is Down Is a Business That Is Slowed Down.

We repair and maintain copiers across Chicagoland, whatever brand you own and whether or not we supplied it. Next business day as standard, and after hours or at the weekend if that is what it takes.

How we work

We Would Rather Over-Service It Than Explain Why It Broke.

Nobody calls a copier company because they are having a good day. The job is to get you printing again and then to keep you printing, and those are two different disciplines.

Our Own Technicians

Full-time employees, not subcontractors and not a dispatch network. They are trained on these machines and carry common parts, so most calls are finished on the first visit because the person who turns up has seen it before.

Next Business Day as Standard

On site the next business day for requests received during business hours. Plenty never need a visit at all, because error codes, jams and driver faults are often cleared on the phone in ten minutes.

After Hours and Weekends

Available as an optional add-on rather than standard cover. If your business cannot afford to lose a Monday morning, or the machine has to be worked on when the office is empty, we will arrange it. Ask and we will price it.

Maintenance, Not Just Repair

Rollers, fusers, feeders and drums wear on a schedule, and a machine serviced on that schedule does not fail at month end. We would rather turn up before it breaks than after.

Parts at Cost

Replacement parts are billed at what we pay for them, with no markup. Worth saying plainly what that means: we do not make money when your copier breaks, so nothing about our incentives is served by it breaking again.

No Contract Required

You do not have to be a leasing customer to get a technician. Call us about a machine you bought from somebody else eight years ago and we will come and look at it.

Response

When We Get There.

Two levels, stated separately so there is no confusion about what is included and what you are asking us to add.

Standard, included

Next business day on site
For requests received during business hours, 9:00am to 5:00pm Central, Monday to Friday.
Same-day phone and remote
Unlimited telephone, text, email and online support. A lot of faults never need a van.
No per-visit charge on a lease
If we placed the machine, service calls are unlimited and already inside your monthly rate.

Optional, by arrangement

Evenings and early mornings
Work done outside office hours, so nobody loses productive time standing over a technician.
Weekends
Saturday and Sunday attendance when a Monday start is not survivable.
Priority response
For operations where the copier is genuinely critical. Tell us and we will build it into your agreement.

Priced per arrangement. Worth asking before you need it, not during.

What it costs

A Flat Rate for the Visit, and Parts at Cost.

Copier repair pricing is normally impossible to find until somebody is standing in your office. Here it is.

Service Call

flat$125-250

per machine, by equipment and location

Covers a technician attending, diagnosing and carrying out the repair. Paid when you book, which is what dedicates someone to your job rather than queueing it.

Machines we lease are not on this pricing at all. Every call, every part and all the labor sits inside the flat monthly rate, with no per-visit charge and no limit on how often you ring. See how leasing covers service.

Not on the list? Ask anyway. These are the lines we see most, not the limit of what we will work on, and age is rarely the problem. A well-built copier from 2012 is often more repairable than something built last year.

Parts are the real constraint, so we will be straight with you about them. On discontinued machines availability gets thin, lead times stretch, and occasionally a component is simply not made any more. You will hear that from us before you pay for a visit rather than afterwards, and if a machine has genuinely reached the end of the line we will tell you that too, along with what replacing it would cost.
Where we come out to

On Site Across Chicagoland.

Technicians run out of North Riverside and our warehouses in Woodridge and Elk Grove Village, so most of the metro is a short drive with the common parts already in the van.

Worth knowing

Three Repair Bills a Year Is a Lease Payment.

If you are calling us about the third fault this year on a machine you own, the machine is telling you something. Every repair, every part and all the labor is already included in our no-contract lease, along with the toner, for one flat monthly figure.

Keep Paying per Visit

Sensible when faults are rare. A flat call-out with parts at cost is genuinely cheap for the occasional problem, and we will keep coming out.

Put It on an Agreement

Parts, labor and preventive maintenance on equipment you own, for one predictable figure instead of an invoice every time something jams.

Replace It

An aging machine that fails regularly costs more in lost hours than in repairs. A newer one on a flat monthly rate, cancellable on thirty days' notice, often costs less than keeping the old one alive.

Replacing it outright instead? We buy and take trade-ins on whatever you are getting rid of.

Tell us what it is doing

Book a Service Call.

Give us the make, model and what the machine is doing wrong. If we can talk you through it on the phone we will, and that costs you nothing.
